Partner Technology Use & Intellectual Property Policy
This policy is intended to protect Careziaspace technology and intellectual property while allowing an approved organization to use its Careziaspace-powered page, QR code and approved resource connections for the agreed community purpose.
1. Careziaspace retains ownership
All Careziaspace software, source code, databases, resource-routing systems, workflows, page systems, QR implementations, designs, graphics, text, trademarks, logos, trade dress, documentation, methods, features, technology, and other proprietary materials remain the exclusive property of Careziaspace or their respective licensors. No ownership is transferred by a partnership, technology relationship, branded page, QR code, link, demonstration, or access to the platform.
2. Limited permission to use
An approved organization receives only a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable permission to use the specific Careziaspace-powered page, QR code, links and materials that Careziaspace has approved for that organization. That permission is only for the agreed community or organizational purpose.
3. No sharing, selling or repurposing Careziaspace IP
Without prior written permission from Careziaspace, an organization may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, sublicense, sell, rent, license, resell, transfer, scrape, extract, reverse engineer, imitate, modify, create derivative products from, or commercially exploit Careziaspace intellectual property or technology. The organization may not provide Careziaspace technology, protected content, code, resource data or proprietary materials to another person, business, developer, platform or organization for reuse.
4. No removal or misrepresentation of Careziaspace attribution
“Powered by Careziaspace,” “Technology & Resource Network Powered by Careziaspace,” or other required attribution may not be removed, hidden or altered without written approval. An organization may not represent Careziaspace technology as its own technology or claim ownership of Careziaspace intellectual property.
5. QR codes and links
Careziaspace-issued QR codes and links may be shared for their approved purpose, but the destination, technology, routing logic and underlying Careziaspace experience may not be copied, redirected, altered or repackaged for an unauthorized purpose. A Careziaspace resource QR is not a donation or payment QR unless Careziaspace expressly states otherwise in writing.
6. Organization-owned materials
The organization keeps ownership of its own name, logo, photographs, podcast materials, approved links and other content it supplies. By providing those materials for a Careziaspace-powered page, the organization gives Careziaspace permission to display them only as reasonably necessary to provide the agreed page and network experience.
7. Suspension or termination
Careziaspace may suspend or revoke access to its technology, branded page, QR code or network relationship if the technology or intellectual property is misused, copied, sold, shared without authorization, used unlawfully, used in a misleading manner, or used outside the agreed purpose.
8. Separate financial activity
Unless separately agreed in writing, Careziaspace does not manage, receive or control an organization's donations, fundraising accounts or payment systems. Each organization is responsible for its own financial accounts, payment links and donation compliance.
9. Dedicated partner page hosting & maintenance
Across CareZiaSpace Technologies platforms, new partners who request or receive a dedicated hosted partner page agree to a $20/month minimum Partner Page Hosting & Maintenance fee. This minimum covers basic hosting and keeping the dedicated partner page available. Major redesigns, custom features, integrations, unusually high usage, or additional infrastructure may carry separate charges that are disclosed and agreed to in advance. Existing partners are not automatically enrolled or charged; existing arrangements are handled separately unless updated by written agreement.
This page is a practical technology-use policy and agreement framework. Before relying on it as a binding contract for outside organizations, Careziaspace should have the final agreement reviewed by a qualified attorney in the applicable jurisdiction.
