Partner Revenue Share

Approved Careziaspace Technology Network organizations may participate in referral revenue sharing under a written partner agreement.

Deep Waters model

Visitors who originate through an approved Deep Waters Careziaspace QR or partner page can be attributed to Deep Waters. Public Careziaspace help and resource access remains free. If an attributed visitor later voluntarily purchases an eligible paid Careziaspace subscription, the Deep Waters partner share is 30% of eligible net subscription revenue, subject to the final written agreement.

Net eligible revenue excludes refunds, chargebacks, taxes and non-eligible transactions. Partner attribution does not give Deep Waters access to private health, recovery, resource-search or Careziaspace account information.

Technology and IP

Revenue sharing does not transfer ownership or licensing rights in Careziaspace technology, software, resource systems, QR infrastructure, workflows, branding or other intellectual property.
